? About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Delivery & Account Manager to manage strategic airline customers and serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives and internal leadership teams.
You will act as the single point of accountability for customer service delivery, driving operational excellence, strategic customer engagement, business outcomes, transformation initiatives, and long-term service improvement across complex customer environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the executive-facing representative of Amadeus for strategic airline customers.
? Own customer success holistically, including operational stability, strategic initiatives, transformation programs, customer satisfaction, and long-term service outcomes.
? Lead complex service governance forums, executive service reviews, and strategic customer discussions.
? Drive customer account strategy in partnership with commercial, product,



delivery, and executive leadership teams.
? Influence prioritization, investments, roadmap discussions, and service improvement decisions impacting customer outcomes.
? Lead critical escalations and major incidents involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and senior customer leadership.
? Drive large-scale operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
? Provide leadership and mentoring to other team members and cross-functional teams when required. The candidate will monitor both Service Delivery Managers and Service Account Managers
? Ensure alignment between customer objectives, business priorities, operational execution, and innovation initiatives.
? Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping shape strategic planning and future service direction.
