Accountabilities:




The role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that support organizational goals and enable continuous growth across diverse teams and communities. Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for employees, volunteers, and fellows.
Creating strategic learning plans and managing learning journeys focused on leadership development, mentorship, and capability building.
Partnering with senior leaders, program managers, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and drive effective L&D; initiatives.
Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms to ensure smooth program delivery, tracking, and engagement.
Establishing evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness and improve outcomes.
