About the job:
Responsible for the Logistics Operation & Projects for one or multiple regions in India while ensuring compliance to group norm, drive cost effective 3PL DC operation,
ensure compliance to Internal Control & Audit, Quality & HSE policies, Regulatory requirement, Local Legislations and Implementation of Good Distribution Practices.
Main responsibilities:
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows.
Design, standardize, and implement Guidelines and process review monitoring across all distribution centers and transport networks.
Performance Management & Analytics:
Establish, monitor, and report on key logistics metrics (e.g., TAT, Occupancy, cost per case, warehouse utilization).
Monitor and report on key EM Planning metrics (e.g., OTIF, Inventory, DOH, CASPA) through MIS
Develop dashboards and data models to provide actionable insights and visibility into supply chain bottlenecks.
