Job Purpose
This role involves overseeing and implementing processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Key Accountabilities
Policy Development and Governance: Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of regulatory circular changes, frameworks, policies, and procedures both internally and regulatory directions.
Regulatory Compliance*: Manage relationships with regulators, audit, and compliance assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:



Identify and mitigate risks and provide insights and analysis to support business decisions.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and ensure alignment with business objectives
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure regulatory changes are implemented by respective product teams within consumer Banking division and work towards refinement of policy, documents and processes
Engage various cross functional stake-holders team for timely delivery of set objectives like Current Product Approval, Outsourcing Risk Review, setting check points in RCSA, Quality assurance requirements and development of exception reports for governance to verify if policy & procedures is implemented as per its design.
