As a QA - Senior Associate, you will specialize in analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Microsoft CRM applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate,



you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional and technical standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
