Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect / Service Delivery Manager to lead and develop infrastructure services across Network, Public Cloud, and Capacity domains.
This role combines technical architecture, service ownership, and project coordination, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives across India and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Design and develop infrastructure solutions covering:
Network services (WAN, LAN/WiFi, SD-WAN, connectivity)
Public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Capacity and hybrid infrastructure
Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of solutions
Contribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps
Service Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure services in assigned scope
Ensure service quality, performance, and continuous improvement
Act as the primary interface between business, IT, and service providers
Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance
Project Coordination (India & Asia)




Coordinate and lead infrastructure-related projects in the region
Ensure alignment with global architecture and governance
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders
Track progress, risks, and dependencies
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage technical collaboration with partners and suppliers
Drive accountability, cost optimization, and service improvements
Work closely with internal teams, including cloud, network, and security
Operational Excellence
Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and compliance
Support lifecycle management and capacity planning
Drive automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (network and/or cloud)
Proven experience in:
Solution architecture
Service delivery management
Infrastructure projects
Solid understanding of:
