As a Team Manager-Civil – you will be a part of Plant Engineering team-Civil and you will be report to Section Head - Civil. Your role will be-Civil Engineering activity and running plant based activityA purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Implement the capital expenditure plan in order to achieve the expansion plans or infrastructure requirement of the operations
Manage the Repair& Maintenance plan of building in order to satisfy internal customer with optimisation of time and cost
Implementation of corporate social responsibility projects of civil engineering nature to meet the social needs of the community
To Ensure safety at construction sites by implementing safety procedures and closing of safety audit points and reduction in incidents
To Implement the improvement projects to enhance value creation & cost saving initiatives.
To achieve IMS and EnMS objectives through adherence of systems and procedures for resource conservation in Section

Academic Qualification & Experience
B.Tech in Civil Eng. with 2-6 Years of relevant work experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge

Technically sound.
Worked on projects of industrial buildings & sheds
Maintenance of structures & buildings in any Industry
Behavioural Skills
