Role Title: Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
Function: Maintenance, Reliability, Operations Excellence

1. Role Purpose
Responsible for leading end‑to‑end Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Strategy Development, Work Pack preparation, and Operations & Maintenance Excellence across upstream, downstream, assets.
2. Core Functional Competencies
Demonstrated capabilities:
Performing RCM, FMEA, RCA, ACA, REM studies for onshore & offshore assets.




Developing maintenance strategies, PM & PdM plans, and equipment lifecycle models.
Conducting criticality assessment, risk-based inspection, and integrity reviews.
Ensuring digital maintenance adoption through CMMS optimization & data-driven decisions.:
SAP PM/MM module mastery for asset register, PM plans, BOM, scheduling, work packs.
Standardizing asset master data, SECE identification, equipment hierarchy structuring.
Supporting global IMDS implementations and systems integration for enterprise maintenance.:
Leading projects from conceptualization to execution: planning, costing, scheduling, governance.
Preparing technical specifications, Work order planning, preparation and clean up
Managing multi‑million‑dollar reliability and maintenance improvement programs.
Coordinating with multi-region cross‑functional teams (GCC, MENA, NA, Europe).
