What would you do? The RTR Service Delivery Lead is a senior finance skilled responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Record to Report process within a Manufacturing / Retail environment. This role drives operational excellence,



ensures financial integrity, and leads a team of RTR specialists to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. The Lead serves as the primary point of contact between the finance shared services team, business stakeholders, and external auditors.
What are we looking for? Educational Qualification ? Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline (mandatory). ? Professional certification preferred: CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA. Experience ? 8–12 years of progressive experience in RTR / General Accounting, with at least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity. ? Prior experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail industry finance operations is strongly preferred. ? Exposure to multi-entity / multi-currency environments and financial consolidation. ? Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP: SAP (preferred), Oracle, or Microsoft D365. ? Experience workin
