This role offers the opportunity to lead the complete commercial lifecycle within the iGaming payments ecosystem, from acquiring new operator partnerships to growing strategic merchant portfolios.
You will combine business development expertise with account management capabilities to drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term commercial relationships.
The position requires a strong understanding of payment processing, acquiring solutions, and the unique needs of iGaming operators across global markets.
You will work closely with internal operational teams to support successful merchant onboarding, integrations, and portfolio expansion.

Accountabilities
As the Business Development & Account Director, you will own the end-to-end commercial journey by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing high-value merchant relationships. You will combine sales leadership with account growth responsibilities to expand market presence, increase processing volumes, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Identify, engage, and onboard new iGaming operators across relevant markets and regions.
Build and manage a portfolio of merchants from initial prospecting through long-term account development.
Develop strong relationships with merchant decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
Drive growth in settled processing volumes and maximize the commercial value of existing accounts.
