Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Mentor GG12 and GG13 engineers and data scientists.
Coach engineering teams on best practices for AI delivery and productionisation.
AI Product Delivery




Lead the technical delivery of strategic AI initiatives from concept through production.
Collaborate with Product Managers and business leaders to define solution outcomes.
Ensure robust engineering discipline across testing, deployment and support models.
Drive technical risk identification and mitigation activities.
Innovation & Strategy
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for business adoption.
Influence enterprise AI strategy and standards.
Partner with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity and risk teams to ensure scalable solutions.
Represent the AI organisation in strategic technical forums and governance bodies.
