Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs that equip new and existing sales representatives with strong product knowledge and sales readiness skills.
Create and facilitate ongoing learning initiatives,



including workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, and training materials to support continuous professional development.
Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, guides, and case studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content remains aligned with product updates, business priorities, and evolving sales strategies.
Leverage sales performance insights and feedback to identify skill gaps and continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences.
Promote best practices, scalable processes, and effective use of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and sales success.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a related field.
