Job Summary: JLL is seeking an experienced Document Controller/Planner to manage and oversee all documentation aspects of our mixed-use development construction project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management and planning within the construction industry and experience with various document management systems.



This role is crucial in ensuring efficient information flow, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project compliance and transparency and planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system for the project
Manage the receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of all project documents
Ensure all documents are properly coded, indexed, and stored according to project standards
Maintain version control and track document revisions throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate document reviews and approvals among various project stakeholders
Prepare and distribute regular document status reports to the project team
Manage access rights and security for project documentation
