Job overview and responsibilities

The Digital Technology (DT) Project Manager serves as a key liaison between India-based technology teams and global leadership, responsible for optimizing communication protocols and minimizing organizational barriers within the global delivery model.



This position is accountable for ensuring that local operations adhere to global corporate standards by developing and implementing scalable processes and key performance indicators (KPIs). The role is tasked with shaping and maintaining the IKC technology brand through targeted internal and external engagement, elevating the India office as a recognized center of excellence for global talent. In addition, the DT Project Manager oversees executive-level engagements, such as site visits, vendor interactions, and strategic planning sessions, to advance organizational objectives. The position manages the regional digital presence and internal communications infrastructure to foster the IKC technology culture and alignment with global messaging.
• Architect high-fidelity leadership dashboards and quarterly business reviews that quantify IKC velocity, technical maturity, and ROI. You will translate complex engineering metrics into strategic value narratives for global leadership.
