Role Overview




The International Student Recruitment Manager will be responsible for accelerating growth across assigned international markets by identifying, onboarding, managing, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). Based in Amritsar, Punjab, the role will work closely with domestic and global stakeholders to drive high-quality student enrolments into upGrad GSP’s Global Student Program (GSP).
This position requires strong relationship management skills, market intelligence, and a solid understanding of the international education recruitment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Partner Identification & Onboarding
Identify, evaluate, and onboard recent Recruitment Partners, including education consultants and channel partners.
Conduct partner due diligence, reference checks, and documentation validation.
Ensure partners meet quality, compliance, and ethical recruitment standards.
Build a scalable, compliant, and performance-driven partner ecosystem.
