What You'll Do
This role sits at the intersection of people analytics and AI-enabled workflow automation,



while also supporting selected strategic People initiatives across BCG’s Asia Pacific region.
You will own core regional people reporting and analytics, while working closely with your manager on high-priority initiatives such as People Survey transformation, AP AI Boost Project, Talent 2030 and more. You will own defined analyses and project workstreams—from structuring the problem and conducting analysis to synthesizing insights and preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical rigor with structured problem solving, curiosity and a hands-on approach to using AI tools to improve how work gets done.
