Role Overview

The role covers Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads end to end, from budget planning and campaign architecture through to optimisation and performance reporting. Given the strategic nature of the mandate, the incumbent will hold ownership of the advertising plan across platforms and will have the chance to shape the structure and operating rhythm of the function.

Key Responsibilties

Advertising planning: Own the monthly and quarterly advertising plan across Amazon and Flipkart, including budgetallocation by portfolio, campaign type and objective, whether defensive, conquest or launch-led.
Campaign management: Build and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and DSP campaigns on Amazon, along with the equivalent formats on Flipkart, covering structure, bidding, placements andnegative keyword hygiene.
Performance optimisation: Deliver against ROAS, TACOS and ACOS targets through systematic bid, keyword and creative optimisation, supported by structured testing.
Account structure and governance:



Establish and maintain the campaign architecture across platforms, define naming and reporting conventions, and document processes for continuity.
Analytics and reporting: Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, and connectadvertising performance toorganic rank, share of voice and business outcomes.
Content and conversion: Work with the catalogue and creative teams on imagery, A+ content and storefronts, since listing quality materially affects advertising efficiency.
Scope expansion: Extend the same discipline to Meta and other off-platform channels as the function matures.
Team development: Guide and review the work of the Executive – AMS.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in marketplace advertising (brand or performance agency), with hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (AMS) and Flipkart Ads.
Proven experience managing advertising budgets and improving key metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, ACOS, and ad-attributed revenue.
