About the Role
KuiqTec is looking for a customer-focused Software Implementation & Technical Support Engineer to deploy, configure, and support our enterprise SaaS and on-premise workspace management solutions for customers across India, the Middle East, North America, and other global markets.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical implementation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving customer challenges. You will work closely with our development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful software deployments and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and deploy enterprise web applications in Microsoft IIS environments.
Configure and manage Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Configure and support virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or equivalent).
Configure and administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange,



and Google Workspace.
Support integrations and basic administration of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex.
Perform basic networking configuration and troubleshoot firewall-related connectivity issues.
Coordinate customer implementations, upgrades, migrations, and system health checks.
Conduct remote customer onboarding, administrator training, and user training sessions.
Prepare deployment guides, installation manuals, user documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Work closely with the product engineering team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Provide timely technical support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting enterprise web applications.
