Ciklum is looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our team full time in India.

About The Role

As a Senior Automation QA Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow to lead quality engineering across our cloud-native data platform and execution engines. You will build and maintain robust end-to-end automation frameworks to test serverless microservices, web applications, custom business logic engines, and complex data ingestion pipelines.

Responsibilities

Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks tailored for backend services (.NET 10 / Azure Functions) and web interfaces (Angular 21)
Execution Engine Validation:



Create functional, integration, and regression test suites for proprietary core engines, including the Rules Configuration Engine (RCE) and ClaimStaker
Data & Pipeline Testing: Automate verification of data flows, parsing accuracy, and transformations across the Snowflake data platform, Custom PDF Parsing Pipeline, and Rule Abstraction Libraries
CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated test execution directly into Azure DevOps pipelines for continuous validation across all client-owned environments
Quality & Performance: Define test strategies, mock external dependencies, validate API endpoints, and conduct performance/load testing on Azure infrastructure

Requirements

Automation Engineering: 4+ years of hands-on experience building automated test suites for both frontend (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium for Angular) and APIs (e.g., Postman, REST Assured, C#/.NET testing libraries)
