Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Studio Inside Out is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, presenting design services, and closing contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting potential clients, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools.



The role involves collaborating closely with designers and project managers to align client expectations with deliverables, as well as supporting marketing activities such as events, presentations, and client outreach. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships, achieve sales targets, and represent the firm professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and communicate design solutions clearly.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in architecture, interiors, real estate, or related design and construction services.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools, with the ability to maintain organized records of leads, meetings, and proposals.
Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, including preparing and explaining quotations and contracts.
