About the Role
Aon is seeking a talented and driven Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team in India. This role puts you at the center of where impactful Enterprise Architecture is shaped — defining the patterns, standards, and decisions that govern how Aon builds and evolves its application landscape at scale, globally.
This is a hands-on,



high-impact position for an opinionated technologist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will design enterprise-grade solutions that operate at scale, challenge the status quo with bold thinking, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with application teams, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to make excellent architecture a reality — not just a document.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Leadership
Drive Enterprise Architecture initiatives across Aon's application portfolio, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business goals — including at-scale cloud-native deployments on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Enhance and improve existing enterprise architecture patterns — including cloud, cloud-native, and enterprise-grade patterns — to be adopted and followed by Aon's development teams.
