We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience managing projects across various domains, ensuring the delivery of high -quality outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Track and measure project performance against KPIs and milestones.
Team Leadership, Stakeholder & Risk Management
- Lead cross -functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand -ups, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project roadblocks.
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, reports, and lessons learned.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and organizational processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in project management delivering projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and Waterfall project lifecycles.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross -functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
- Familiarity with hybrid project management approaches.
