- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor designs accordingly.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, customer preferences, and industry innovations.
- Provide expertise on new industry developments to enhance offerings for existing clients.
- Innovate and create recent jewelry styles aligned with current market trends.
- Stay abreast of emerging design aesthetics and consumer preferences.
- Conduct thorough research and development on jewelry designs and their intricate mechanisms.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure feasibility and cost -effectiveness of designs.
- Analyse market feedback and adjust designs accordingly.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Jewellery Designing & Product Development
- Experience - 3 + Years in Jewellery Industry
- Innovative Design Creation
- Experience of Domestic Market on Diamond Jewellery
- Research and Development (R&D;)
- Client Engagement and Collaboration
- Preferred in Jewellery Designing Degree, NIFT, SNDT, IIGJ
- Excel is Must & Knowledge of any jewellery ERP software will be added advantage
