Job Description
- Manage and track jewellery sample stock (Finish
Goods)
- Track inward and outward movement of jewellery
samples (Finish Goods) across departments such as design, production, QC,
sales, and exhibitions.
- Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and protected
storage of samples of finished goods.
- Maintain and monitor stock separately for easy
tracking and availability.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval for
dispatch and return of samples.
- Monitor aging of finished goods samples and
coordinate for reuse, redesign, or liquidation if required.
- Coordinate with design, production, and sales
teams for sample requirements and dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation
of both sample and finished goods inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
in Excel/system.
- 2+ years experience in jewellery sample stock/inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery materials, weights.
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
