We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet ECM Developer with strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and Case Manager/Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise content management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and configure solutions using IBM FileNet P8, ICN, and Case Manager/BAW.
• Design and implement document repositories, metadata models, and content classifications.
• Develop workflows and business process automation solutions.
• Customize ECM applications using Java, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Integrate FileNet solutions with SAP, Salesforce, and enterprise applications.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration activities.
• Monitor and optimize repository performance and system availability.
• Troubleshoot L2/L3 production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement content security, retention, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents, deployment guides, and test documentation.
Required Skills
• Robust experience in IBM FileNet P8.
• Hands -on experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• Experience in IBM Case Manager or Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Good knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST API development and integrations.
• Understanding of ECM architecture and document management systems.
• Experience in system administration and performance tuning.
Good to Have
• OpenText Content Server/xECM experience.
• SAP or Salesforce integration experience.
• Exposure to cloud -based ECM solutions.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
