- Experience in ventilation works preferable

- Designing HVAC systems that meet the requirements of the project while adhering to budgets and timelines.

- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and architects to integrate HVAC systems into overall project designs.

- Preparing, reviewing, and approving technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

- Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of systems and recommending energy-effective solutions.

- Managing project schedules, resource allocation, and budget to ensure projects are completed within the established parameters.

- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors,



and team members to provide updates and gather feedback. In addition to overarching responsibilities, HVAC Project Engineers are expected to perform specific tasks which include:

- Utilizing software for the design and simulation of HVAC systems.

- Performing load and energy calculations to determine system requirements.

- Sourcing equipment, materials, and labor necessary for project implementation.

- Conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.
