Job Description
- Drive student enrollment growth through business development and outreach initiatives.
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, students, and parents.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events, fairs, and community engagements.
- Manage leads and partnerships using CRM tools.
- Achieve enrollment and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Robust communication, presentation, and relationship -building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools,
and data analysis.
- Self -motivated with a passion for education and community engagement.
- Willingness to travel and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, outreach, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment, sales, or growth targets.
- Experience building partnerships and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Salary Offered : 40k to 50k (negotiable for deserving candidates)
