Description

- Develop preventive maintenance procedures/schedules and ensure implementation/ Formation of TBM, CBM, TBR

- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities related to Maintenance

- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep manpower’s

- Spare part management and spare cost reduction

- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

- Keep maintenance logs and report (MIS) on daily activities

- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with all works

- Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

- Breakdown maintenance of plant equipment like Liquid paint shop, Powder coating,AHU,CNC,Grinding,Burners,SPM’s,Sames make Paint shop equipment

- Programming & troubleshooting of Delta, Mitsubishi,



Omron make PLC/HMI(Basics of PLC & CNC).

- Basics of Hydraulic and pneumatic system

- Utility Preventive & Breakdown maintenance (ACB, Transformer, DG set, compressor, material handling equipment’s (Forklift, Stacker, Hand Pallet)

- Maintaining history card, Root cause analysis, why-why analysis for major failures and action plan

- Maintaining and responsible for Internal /External Audits like RADAR/QMS/EMS/EnMS/OHSAS(ISO9001:2018/14001/45001/50001)

- Preparing skill matrix for manpower’s, training identification (TNI)

- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, LOTO.

- User friendly for SAP R/3 MM ± module
