About the Role


Orane International is looking for a passionate and skilled Hair Faculty to train and mentor aspiring beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in hair services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities


- Deliver practical and theoretical training in hairdressing and hair science.

- Train students in haircutting, hair styling, hair colouring, chemical treatments, hair spa, and scalp care.

- Demonstrate professional techniques while ensuring industry standards are followed.

- Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, assignments, and evaluations.

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain student records.

- Guide students in developing technical skills, client handling, and professional etiquette.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in the training lab.

- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, products, and industry practices.

- Support students in skill development and career readiness.






Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology from a recognized institute.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Trainer or Hair Stylist (teaching experience preferred).

- Fresh candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

- Strong knowledge of haircutting, hair colouring, styling, chemical services, and hair care.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
