Role Definition
The Associate Salesforce Technical Consultant is an early career role for someone with solid Salesforce fundamentals,
a technical education and the ability to contribute to delivery teams across configuration, development, testing, documentation and customer engagement. The role combines hands-on Salesforce delivery with consulting behaviors: clear communication, pragmatic problem solving, quality focus and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Technical Delivery
Build Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches, including Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components.
Support integrations using Salesforce APIs and established integration patterns.
Contribute to high-level and low-level designs under the supervision of senior technical colleagues.
Deliver assigned user stories, defects and development tasks to agreed quality standards.
Produce concise technical documentation and handover notes where required.
