Position Responsibilities:
Client Service & Relationship Management
• Manage multiple client relationships and serve as the primary escalation point
for service-related matters.
• Ensure the timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all client
deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and
deliver comprehensive solutions.
Technical Oversight
• Review financial statements and supporting schedules prepared under U.S. GAAP
• Review SBA compliance reporting, including SBA Form 468 and related filings.
