As Scale AI continues its historic growth trajectory in the Generative AI sector, we are seeking a Growth Recruiter to helm initiatives that will significantly drive talent expansion within a country. This demanding and multi-faceted role requires a unique blend of skills across talent acquisition and operations, with the aim to catalyse rapid growth in a agile and evolving market. A key objective of this role is to build the process to strategically acquire and onboard thousands of highly skilled contributors from India to train and evaluate leading AI models.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to help us scale our team by driving the recruitment of top talent in Coding, Mathematic, and STEM fields for freelance positions. You will be a key player in managing high-volume recruitment processes and will work with cutting-edge tools to find and assess top engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
Mass Hiring: Lead the recruitment process for a large volume of freelance positions in Coding, STEM etc.
LinkedIn Expertise: Leverage LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
Tech Recruiting Tools: Utilize Greenhouse and other industry-leading tools to manage the recruitment workflow and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Talent Pool Building: Establish a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates, maintaining relationships with top talent for current and future needs.
Collaboration with Tier-1 Colleges: Leverage experience working with Tier-1 colleges in India to source exceptional fresh talent.
Communication: Deliver a seamless candidate experience, and maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the process.

Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter, specifically focusing on freelance
