Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Developer / Sales Executive to join our team on a remote, commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking and sales skills who are passionate about helping businesses find the right technology solutions while earning attractive commissions based on their performance.

Duties:




Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present Crizmob Solutions' IT and digital services to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Contribute ideas to improve business development strategies and expand into global markets.

Qualification:

Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
Experience in B2B sales, IT services
