We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our software businesses within Valsoft's TAG Software Group.
Working alongside the Infrastructure Manager, you will design, implement, secure, and support cloud and on-premises infrastructure across multiple products and customer environments. You will play a key role in improving reliability, security, automation, and scalability while supporting mission-critical SaaS applications used by customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer with experience in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, automation, and DevOps practices, working closely with engineering, product, support, and customer success teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
Manage and support infrastructure across multiple software products and customer environments.
Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical SaaS applications.
Implement infrastructure security best practices, including vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools.
Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
