About the Role

FRAMEON Modern Cinemas is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Head to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence.

This is a leadership role responsible for identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving measurable revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our business across the film, television, advertising, corporate, and digital media sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
* Identify, approach, and build relationships with production houses, filmmakers, advertising agencies, corporate organizations, broadcasters, OTT creators, brands, and digital content creators.




* Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business agreements.
* Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Build strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business growth.
* Strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
* Identify new markets, industry trends, and business opportunities.
* Achieve agreed business development and revenue objectives.
* Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and revenue growth.
