What would you do? The Instructional Design and Social Learning/Learning Communications Specialist provides day-to-day direction for multiple learning development efforts,



leading the design and delivery of high-quality performance-based training solutions while integrating social learning, collaboration, and communications strategies to drive learner engagement and adoption. This role ensures that projects are executed according to process, quality, budget, and milestone standards, while guiding a team of learning professionals to create effective learning experiences for global audiences. The role also supports learning campaign planning, stakeholder communications, content promotion, and measurement to extend the impact of instructional solutions beyond formal training.
