Role Description The Sr. Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for technology and IT roles, with a particular focus on supporting staff augmentation and internal hiring needs. This is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada,



responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing qualified technical candidates across a variety of skill sets and seniority levels. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements, defining candidate profiles, and ensuring a smooth, timely hiring process. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting technical and behavioral interviews, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and continuously improve hiring practices to support the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for IT and software roles.
