Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of technical expertise and strategic marketing. As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be to identify new market opportunities, generate quality leads, and build awareness for our Hot Runner Systems across India. You'll act as a key player in expanding our reach, driving conversions, and translating complex tech into real business value.
This is the perfect role for someone with a background in mould/tool assembly and a solid knack for marketing and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for Hot Runner Technology products and Cold to Hot Runner Conversion services across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Provide technical support and insights to clients regarding Hot Runner Systems.
Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled.
What We're Looking For:-
To thrive in this role, you should bring a strong technical foundation, paired with a passion for client engagement and market growth:
Certification in Tool & Die / Mould Making from NTTF or GTTC (or a related program)
3–5 years of hands-on experience in mould or Hot Runner assembly/service
Solid understanding of Hot Runner Systems — bo
