Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida.

We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager at MJ Global

? Location: Sector-59 Noida
? Salary: 6 to 12 lacs per annum
? Experience: 10 years+

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Searching, screening, and shortlisting resumes from various job portals
• Matching candidate profiles against job role requirements
• Conducting initial phone interviews to assess experience and skill level
• Ensuring candidate availability and readiness to take up the position




• Ensuring resumes accurately reflect candidate experience and requirements
• Negotiating salaries with candidates and closing positions
• Ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed for placement
• Acting as first point-of-contact for candidates throughout the process
