Accountabilities:
As a Sr Systems Administrator, you will provide technical support and maintain IT systems by diagnosing issues,



assisting users, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network environments. You will act as a key point of contact for technical requests while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex challenges.
Respond to user support tickets related to hardware, software, applications, and networking issues.
Provide technical assistance through remote support tools and on-site support when required.
Install, configure, and maintain applications, operating systems, and computer peripherals.
Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes and technical resolutions.
Customize desktop applications and system settings according to user and client requirements.
Recommend software and hardware upgrades to improve performance and usability.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, maintenance activities, and issue resolutions.
