Role Description This is a full-time LinkedIn Specialist – Lead Generation & Sales role in a hybrid work model,



based in Amritsar with some flexibility for working from home. The LinkedIn Specialist will manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads. Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, building prospect lists, sending personalized connection requests and messages, and nurturing relationships to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team. The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to align outreach with campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining strategies to improve conversion rates. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools and provide regular reports on lead generation and pipeline status.
