Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Team Management

Supervise daily operational workflows, assign deliverables, and ensure team members meet assigned performance targets and service deadlines.

Conduct regular team briefings, review operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and address operational bottlenecks.

Mentor and train junior executives, fostering a high-performance, quality-focused working culture.

Client Relationship & Account Management

Serve as a primary escalation point and trusted contact for key corporate clients and partner organizations.

Understand client requirements, facilitate service delivery, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Recruitment, Finance, HR) to ensure seamless delivery across all projects.

Process Optimization & Strategy

Review existing operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance speed and accuracy.





Prepare operational budgets, resource allocation plans, and capacity utilization reports for executive leadership.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high service delivery standards.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Generate weekly and monthly operational dashboards, performance analytics, and business review presentations.

Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), turn-around times (TAT), and quality metrics across all client deliverables.
