**Position:** Sales Manager - Luxury Cars

**Salary:** ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

### Job Summary

We are looking for an **experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager** to manage luxury car sales and lead the showroom sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, customer-handling ability, and experience in the **automobile/luxury car industry**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations and achieve monthly targets.

* Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.

* Handle customer enquiries, test drives, negotiations, and bookings.

* Build strong relationships with premium/luxury car customers.

* Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.

* Develop strategies to increase showroom sales and customer acquisition.

### Requirements





* **3-5 years of experience** in automobile sales, preferably luxury/premium cars.

* Graduate degree preferred.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

* Positive knowledge of automobile sales processes.

* Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Leadership and team-management skills.

* Candidates with experience in **Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, or other premium automobile brands** will be preferred.

### Salary

**₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Incentives**

*(Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.)*
