Key Responsibilities:

2. **Baggage Handling**: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage. Ensure that all baggage is handled carefully to prevent any damage during transit.

3. **Safety and Security**: Follow all safety and security protocols diligently. This includes checking travel documents and ensuring compliance with airline regulations.

4. **Communication**: Act as a liaison between passengers and airline staff. Provide timely updates about flight schedules and address any concerns passengers may have.

5. **Team Coordination**: Work closely with other ground staff and departments. Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth airport operations.
