About the Role

Techtinium is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support a world-renowned scientific research organization dedicated to exploring the origins and nature of life in the universe.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining marketing operations, digital communications, CRM management, and project coordination. You will work closely with an international team to execute campaigns, manage data, create and coordinate digital assets, and ensure projects move smoothly from planning to launch
This is not a strategy-only or idea-only role. It is designed for someone who enjoys writing, researching and takes ownership of execution, tracking, and follow-through. You will receive training in marketing systems, and engagement practices, but you are expected to be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with structured tools.

In this role, you will also research foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, track their funding priorities and giving patterns, and identify alignment between their interest and our programs.



Those insights will directly support the creation of project pitch decks, prospect profiles, briefing documents, and other strategic materials used for institutional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Research
Research prospective foundations, corporations, and HNWIs to identify funding priorities, giving history, and strategic alignment
Maintain organized prospect profiles, briefing documents, and research reports to support institutional outreach
Exercise solid critical thinking when evaluating data and potential leads. Know how to filter noise, prioritize high-value funding prospects, make sound decisions when information is incomplete, and discern when a strategy or approach needs adjustment.
Ability to synthesize information from public records, databases, and online sources to produce actionable research, even when initial information is limited.
