We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and engineers to build scalable, high-performance AI models that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions
Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference
Work on supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, or computer vision use cases
Evaluate, tune, and improve model performance
Deploy models into production and collaborate with MLOps teams
Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Document models, experiments, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
Robust programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics
Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
Knowledge of SQL and data handling techniques
Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Good to Have
Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to MLOps tools and practices
Experience with APIs, microservices, and containerization
