Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team in Bangalore India.

The Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting program financial health, forecasting, reporting, governance, and cross-functional decision-making. This role will partner closely with Program Managers, Finance Business Partners, P&L; Owners, and site leadership to provide explicit financial insight, identify risks and opportunities, and drive disciplined program execution.

This is a hybrid position with 4 days/week on site.

What You Will Do

Manage the financial performance and controls of assigned programs, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
Lead financial forecasting and budgeting activities, including revenue and cost planning for program milestones and pre-production phases.
Analyze program financial results, identify variances, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to business and finance leaders.
Partner with Program Managers, site leaders, and Finance Business Partners to support data-driven business decisions and program success.
