Role Description The Online MBA Admission Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The counsellor will engage with prospective MBA candidates via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in-person sessions to understand their academic and career goals, explain program offerings, and guide them through the admissions process.



Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting structured counselling sessions, qualifying and nurturing leads, and supporting candidates with documentation, application forms, and deadlines. The role also involves collaborating with institutional partners, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, and meeting enrollment and conversion targets. The counsellor will contribute feedback on student trends to inform marketing and outreach strategies, while ensuring a professional, ethical, and student-centric counselling experience.
