Creative Studio by TLS Group is looking for an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our growing marketing agency. We are seeking a professional with proven experience in a marketing, branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency who has a strong network of existing clients and a demonstrated ability to generate new business.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of overall experience in business development or sales within a Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or Creative Agency.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager leading the sales function in a digital marketing agency.
•⁠ ⁠A strong network of business owners, CXOs, founders, marketing heads, and corporate decision-makers.




•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to generate business through existing client relationships, referrals, and strategic networking.
•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of digital marketing services including Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Content Marketing, Creative Design, and Video Production.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in mentoring and managing a sales team will be an added advantage.
•⁠ ⁠Self-driven, commercially astute, and passionate about driving business growth.
