Role: BIM Lead- MEP

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Lead with extensive experience in Scan‑to‑BIM workflows, capable of delivering MEP models from LOD 300 to 500. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of laser scanning processes, point cloud management, discipline coordination,



and quality assurance for high‑accuracy as‑built models. This role involves leading BIM teams, setting modelling standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and quality‑driven project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Scan-to-BIM Project Delivery
Lead point cloud data interpretation, segmentation, and conversion into accurate BIM models.
Develop Architecture and MEP BIM models across LOD 300, 350, 400, and 500, adhering to project requirements.
Ensure accurate representation of as-built conditions, including structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment elements.
Coordinate with scanning partners or internal teams for data acquisition, registration, and verification.
BIM Production & Coordination
Manage a team of BIM modelers and engineers to deliver multi‑disciplinary BIM outputs.
Review models for accuracy, constructability, clash‑free coordination, and compliance with organizatio
